Rush City Schools
Rush City High School is a college preparatory school that maintains a variety of academic departments, such as business studies, art, computer science, homemaking, industrial technology, mathematics, communication arts, music, physical education, science, social studies and foreign languages. It provides coaching and training in a range of athletic activities that includes cross country, football, hockey, cheerleading, gymnastics, wrestling, golf, softball, and track and field. Rush City High School offers memberships to Knowledge Bowl, Math League, and band and choir groups. The school employs a staff of more than 45 full-time, certified teachers, paraprofessionals, psychologists, media specialists, reading coaches, and art and music instructors. Located in Rush City, Minn., Rush City High School serves students in grades 7 through 12 and is part of Rush City Public Schools.
