We have been building for over 35 years Residential, Commercial, Industrial, & Agriculture. In 1989 and 1996 something changed. One was construction related and the other was heart related. In 1996, we began working with the Battered Women's shelters. When a woman was graduating from the shelters into her own apartment we would supply the furniture, home decor, pots, pans, linens, etc...right down to the knives and forks so she would not have those expenses and be able to concentrate on her life. Then we thought, how could we get her into a home? Now 100% of our homes are built in a factory for 50% less than the price of a new home and can be built by someone with no skills. Only a bag of tools and a drill is needed. On top of that over 17,000 teams stand ready in over 4700 locations around the country to help build the home for free. Still fully furnished!
