Founded in 1979, Milkweed Editions is one of the leading independent, nonprofit literary publishers in the United States. The company releases 15 to 20 new books each year in the genres of fiction, nonfiction, poetry and children's literature. What a warm and inviting place to spend some time. Grab some coffee. Browse some books. Head upstairs to the outdoors patio and relax and enjoy. Great space. Great books. Outstanding coffee.
