I grew up in Mandan, North Dakota, and attended undergrad at the University of North Dakota. I went to Palmer College of Chiropractic for Chiropractic school. After college, I moved to the Twin Cities, and shortly after met Jeremy. Swimming is a big reason why I became a chiropractor. During my time at UND, I noticed that a lot of my teammates were getting injured, but I never did. I shared this revelation with my chiropractor at the time, and he explained to me that since I had been receiving regular chiropractic care, my muscles and ligaments were much stronger, healthier, and recovered quicker. So I was less likely to be injured. I thought this was pretty awesome. Soon after I applied to Palmer College of Chiropractic.
