IntelliChoice Executive Search, LLC is a retained search firm. We specialize in finding and placing the best possible talent for our clients. We specialize in sales, marketing and services, from entry-level to senior management in most industries. IntelliChoice Executive Search, LLC prides itself in finding one candidate at a time for our clients. Our business is simple in many respects. We listen closely to what our client needs are, we then continue to fine tune the search during the early stages of the search process. This allows us to further address company culture, personalities, and items that may have been over looked while taking the initial search. We must then find the talent (candidate ) that best fits the needs of our client. Just as important we need to have a candidate who's needs are being addressed and met. Only than will the candidate be excited to interview and come prepared to interview. At this point the goal is to secure a second interview that is desired by both parties. I believe after I have put a candidate in front of my client and after several interviews, they should receive an offer. If they don't than I haven't done my job of understanding the clients needs or the needs of the candidate or both. The process is somewhat like a marriage. We bring two people together in the best interest of each other, the Company and the Candidate.
