Founded in 1898, Fraternal Order of Eagles provides supports for medical centers across the country to build and provide research for medical conditions. Located in Albert Lea, Minn., the organization works to combat heart disease and cancer, helps handicapped kids as well as uplifts the senior citizens. It also supports police, firefighters and others who protect and serve. Moreover, the group funds for medical research for spinal cord injuries, kidney disease, diabetes and Alzheimer's, to name a few.
