Morrissey is an employee-owned custom stamping and assembly corporation. It uses state-of-the-art tool and die machinery, prototyping software and presses to design and assemble machined parts for its customers. Smaller production runs are handled on computer numerically controlled laser and turret presses. Longer production runs are achieved by using in-house, permanent production tooling. The company also provides prototyping assembly and sub-assembly operations and packaging. Morrissey is capable of working with stainless and carbon steel, aluminum, copper and most alloys for precision metal stamping. It also works with non-metals, such as plastics, woods and composite materials. The company s 50,000-square-foot facility is QS 9000 and ISO 9002 certified.
