John A Johnson Sr High School
Johnson Senior High School, established in 1911, offers Catholic-based education to students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes a variety of subjects, such as English, family and consumer sciences, computers, physical and health education, social studies, mathematics and American history. It also provides courses in Web designing, marketing management, construction and engineering and business studies. The amenities offered by the school include a media center with computer laboratory, cafeteria, gymnasium and field house, pool, auditorium, health clinic and fully equipped science laboratories. It provides various extracurricular activities to students, including yearbook, newspaper, pit orchestra, marching and jazz bands, choir, drill team, debate and dramatics, student council and the National Honor Society. The school also provides academic counseling, career planning and financial assistance to the students. Johnson Senior High School has an enrollment of more than 1,600 students and is located in St. Paul, Minn.
