BBQ is our specialty! We smoke everything in house: Brisket, Pulled Pork, St Louis Ribs, Chicken Wings, Half Chickens, Andouille Sausage, Bacon (double smoked), Wisconsin Cheddar (for beer cheese soup and cheese sauce), even Croutons! We also have 16 appetizers, 16 burgers, 21 sandwiches, 8 wraps, 4 salads, plus desserts. Smoked Prime Rib every Friday and Saturday night. Walleye, Bluegill, Salmon and Shrimp. Ribeye and Flat Iron steaks. Something for everyone!
