Established in 1992, Career and Community Learning Center provides students community involvement and service-learning opportunities, and exchanges with various campuses in the United States. It also offers resources and services to help undergraduate College of Liberal Arts students choose a major, get an internship or volunteer opportunity, choose a career, find a job, apply to graduate and professional school, and prepare for jobs. The center also provides information and resources, and works with and invites participation from faculty and staff, employers, community partners, alumni, parents, and family members. It offers various career and prelaw workshops throughout each semester, including resume and cover letter, effective interviewing, job search strategies, networking, and personal statement workshops. Career and Community Learning Center also offers students, community partners, faculty and staff information and resources about service learning, and community involvement. The center is located in Minneapolis.
