HistoryI started Massage in 1991 after I graduated from the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork and I opened my first independent office in Anoka County in 1996. I've been blessed with the support of many wonderful clients who have followed me to a variety of locations as my business has grown and evolved. I have most recently joined forces with North Suburban Healthcare and look forward to being apart of their Complete Care Cycle.SpecialtiesThroughout the years I have taken many classes focusing more on rehabilitative massage and I have been lucky enough to have been invited to study with Gary Kern, a local Tui Na Master. I draw on the variety of techniques I have learned and combine that with my years of experience to create a session that is customized for each clients session goals. I can create a session that is more gentle and nurturing or very deep and aggressive. No matter what techniques I use I find that my focus is more on restoring the bodies soft tissues to their once free flowing and supple state thereby allowing the joints to move more freely. I invite each client to communicate their needs and concerns freely and adjust my massage and the environment to insure I provide the best possible experience.
