History
I have been involved in sports my whole life, and always team ones at that. In college I finally stopped team sports after about a year and half because It just wasn't the same anymore, I wanted a new challenge. I started training in combat sports, boxing to start and then BJJ and finally added Muay Thai Kick Boxing. Kick Boxing soon became my favorite! I have competed on three different continents and spent a good time living in Chiang Mai, Thailand perfecting my skill. Upon returning home I realized I had plenty of skill but lacked the muscle to go with it. This is what truly sparked my interest in strength and conditioning... the rest is pretty much history, I have been training athletes and weekend warriors for the past 4 years and I absolutely love it. I am always learning and always evolving as a coach and as an athlete. I believe a strong body needs a strong mind and vice versa. To truly improve someones fitness you need the whole package- Heavy ass weight

Since the internet has no filter, it's disappointing to see the confusing amount of info out there promising results through short cuts, fads and gimmicks. You won't find any of that bull shit here. NO lies, no fads, no gimmicks, just the straight up truth on what it takes to kick ass and take names in life and lifting. Do More Be More!
