One of our favorite tools is our nearly exclusive microscope/color monitor system, which allows us to show a customer their diamonds or jewelry up close and enlarged. With this tool we can show exactly why a repair is needed, the inclusions or flaws that are unique to each individual gem and take a picture of these flaws to give the customer for future reference.
