Vinewood Gym was founded in 2018. After careful study and execution of a strength-focused exercise routine combined with effective dietary habits, Ryan lost over 70 pounds in the first 6 months of his weight loss journey. Countless friends, relatives, and colleagues reached out to him, asking for tips and information on how he was able to achieve such rapid results. Ryan realized that there was a significant amount of misinformation in the fitness industry regarding what constitutes effective and efficient exercise in order to promote long-term muscle growth, and therefore, effective weight loss.
Specialties
Vinewood Gym members have access to a select group of fitness equipment that focuses on achieving the following goals: Rapid muscle development, High-caloric cardiovascular exercise, and endurance training. Our free weights and rack equipment allow our members to perform all complex lifts at their leisure, including: deadlifts, squats, bench press, dips, pull ups, chin ups, rows, and several shoulder-focused exercises. Combined with 2-3 days per week of cardio work, this allows for individuals with little gym experience to experience significant weight loss and improved energy, leading to positive habits being formed, thus, setting the framework for a healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise.
