History
Our family owned business started in 1939 by Paul and Lucille Buris. Their son George and his wife RoseMarie purchased the business from them in 1953 and now their daughter Kristi and her children Chris and Kim help keep the family tradition going.
Specialties
Our sandwiches are made from meat that has been slow roasted and then thinly sliced and held in its own juices. Its then put on a bun with a sweet and tangy cabbage based sauce that has been a family secret for nearly 80 years.
