History
Owner/instructor has been practicing and teaching since 1989. Owner also has been a teacher in the public school working with children on the Autism Spectrum and knows that everyone can practice yoga and receive immeasurable benefits. There are several styles of yoga to choose from and it may take some patience for new students to find the right balance of mind/body work. The most important advice is to listen to your own body and be mindful of using the breath as a tool in the discovery of your own yoga. Yoga is hygiene of body, mind and soul.

We are part of downtown Flint vitality. Instructors assume the competency of every individual deciding to practice yoga. We offer modifications to all yoga poses and teach proper alignment using Iyengar methods, Also welcome those with special needs.
