HistoryFounded by Dr. Harold Furlong, a decorated WWI and WWII veteran, the PCAC works in partnership with other community organizations to create quality and inspirational arts programming. We serve the community with free or minimally-priced quarterly classes for children and adults in a variety of arts disciplines, performances and art programs. PCAC is fully committed to presenting the art of different cultures through exhibits featuring an array of work by minority artists.
