When I moved into The Franklin Apartments, I received a brand new stove and dishwasher. This is my second year here. I love the space and two bathrooms in this two bedroom unit.

The leasing staff is fantastic. I am a new soon to be tenant. Every time I have come the place is quiet and clean. The tenants seem to be really friendly. I am looking forward to calling this home!

Very dirty-hall ways and carpet stained and smells, refuse to control smoking and cigarette butts. It very noisy on the weekends and illegal drug use is allowed in the building. we do not have...
