History
The Blu Kitchen began at farmers markets in 2015, in 2016 we transitioned to popups. In the summer of 2017 we began a buildout of a permanent location in Plymouth's Old Village, opening in November of 2017.
Specialties
The Blu Kitchen is a micro bakery specializing in French macarons. We also offer handcrafted marshmallows and a variety of other petite desserts.
