This is what I got after repeatedly requesting a full set of short length gels. Instead I got shalac and left with same length I came with

Shellac was not properly removed prior to repainting. Chipping with the new polish started less then 24 hours later

Must got my nails done! They look fabulous!

Scabby cuticles which still hurt and grow out/peel off after 4 days
