Chef Wallace is an on the rise Chef out of Detroit Michigan. Chef received culinary training and continues to right here in Michigan. Chef aspires to open restaurants in Detroit, starting with a memorable BBQ establishment to put Detroit Style Ribs on the map. Chef began cooking at the age of 5, chefs can start at any age. We participated in the 2013 Rib, Jazz and R & B festival at Hart Plaza in Downtown Detroit. Chef is also a private Chef for 14 clients currently and we've catered events for 3800.
