Since 1826, the First Baptist Church has ministered to Farmington Hills residents, along with those who live in other communities. The church is the second-oldest Baptist congregation in the state and offers many services and event for young and old parishioners. Among the activities for parishioners include Ladies' Sunday School; classes for young people from age three to kindergarten, grades one to three, grades four to six, and junior and high school students, bible fellowships and ESL classes for adults. Fellowships meet on Sundays at 9:30am. ESL classes are on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8:30pm.
