Saginaw County Courthouse in the state of Michigan is located in Saginaw, Mich. The circuit court located in the courthouse, provides an impartial forum for the resolution of disputes. These disputes include felony cases, civil cases with a value of more than $25,000, divorce and family related matters, and appeals from probate and district courts and administrative agencies. The county has five circuit court judges who are elected by the citizens of the county for six-year terms. The clerk of the circuit court files all cases and maintains official records of all cases that come before the county court, maintains a record of all proceedings, collects and disburses fines and fees, receives and holds monies to be disbursed on order of the court for cases awaiting settlement.
