Originally built in 1969, Riviera Terrace Condominiums are situated in front of Lake St. Clair, off Jefferson Avenue and 9 Mile Road. This beautiful, tree-lined condominium complex has a built-in pool for summer use and a clubhouse that can be used all year round.
