In 1980, while still in college, Stephen founded Top Care Cleaning when a local health club manager persuaded him to clean the facility he worked out at. Top Care grew quickly, and in January of 1981 Stephen formed a partnership with his brother Douglas, and today, after 30 years, they still own and operate Top Care Cleaning, the areas best full service residential cleaning company. Contributing heavily to Top Care's success are our many great team members. Combined they have over 120 years experience in the cleaning industry.
