HistoryWe opened Dec 1, 2013 in a small 1100 square foot space in Jenison with the intention of giving people a safe place to train physically to enhance their everyday life. We evolved into a barefoot training facility as we focused on functional movements for daily living, developing more mobility and reducing pain. In Oct 2018, we moved into a larger 3500 sq ft space to accommodate the need for separate personal training space and an additional massage room and conference room. We thrive by building people up and empowering them through movement.SpecialtiesWe offer group fitness classes, personal training sessions, medical massage therapy and empowerment coaching. We train from the ground up, as we are a barefoot training facility and from the inside out. We focus on what you can do and how to improve your inner strength to build an outer strength.
