History

The Buchanan Family Medical Center was established in 1989 in Buchanan, Michigan. First located in the downtown district, Roy B. Parke, an Osteopathic Physician, offered family healthcare services to the community. In 2000 the facility expanded to allow for the greater community health needs. This allowed for the addition of providers to the practice. Dr. Parke continues to provide quality healthcare today; along with his associates, Derek A. Henderson, a Board-certified Physician's Assistant and Yulia Tkachuk, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Each bring a unique element of care and look forward to participating in your health care.
