The forming in the nails I mean look at my thumb, my nail is not like that and they let me walk out the salon like that.

THESE were the first set of nails the nail tech (Sam) thought he was done with my nail did NOT do that before I came in to be clear.

Very rude. They are using new people that have no idea what they are doing. If you ask a question about what they are doing they get hostile. Won't be going back. My nails are terrible looking.
