Established in 1973, New Morning School is an educational facility that provides learning opportunities for students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. It is a nonprofit parent cooperative school that enrolls more than 100 students. The school s academic curriculum includes science, math, art, foreign language and physical education. New Morning School operates a kids club and offers before- and after-school care programs. In addition, it organizes music and finger-play activities, readiness projects, and snack and story time. The school also conducts summer camps for children between the ages of 3 and 11. New Morning School is certified by the Michigan State Board of Education and is a member of the Association of Independent Michigan Schools. It is located in Plymouth, Mich.
