HistoryOur first practice was opened in 1986 in Portsmouth,NH. Our wellness focus created a level of service that attracted thousands of patients enabling us to have one of the larger practices in the country at that time. Dr. Chappell served as the president of the state association for a two year term. He was also selected to serve on the Wyndham Conference committee for setting practice guidelines. After 12 years in practice, we sold that practice and moved to Traverse City, MI.
