Morsels owners Jeff and Misha Neidorfler opened their bite-sized bakery in April of 2008. Although their previous professions were in the architecture and design industry, baking has been a passion for both of them. When they decided to move back to Traverse City to be closer to family, it was the perfect time to live out their dream of owning their own bakery.
Specialties
Morsels specializes in freshly made from scratch, bite-sized baked goods, breakfast and brunch, and features Intelligentsia coffee and tea. The espresso bar also serves all manner of drinks including drip coffee, brew-by-the-cup coffee, hot and iced tea, house-made sodas, cold-brew coffee, blended drinks and smoothies. All sauces and syrups are made in house as well! The outdoor deck on the river provides a one-of-a-kind view of both Boardman River and West Grand Traverse Bay! Come enjoy the free wi-fi for customers too! 15-minute loading zone parking available in front of the shop.
