Michigan College of Beauty, one of the first Pivot Point member schools, was founded in 1965 by Mr. Armand Dagenais. Mr. Armand, a hairstylist and salon owner, dedicated himself to providing the best training possible for individuals entering the beauty industry. Michigan College of Beauty is licensed by State of Michigan Board of Cosmetology. Our free standing main building was built in 1988, has 11,000 square feet of space, and is designed and equipped for Cosmetology, Manicuring, and Esthetics training. An additional 7,000 square feet of classroom space, which is located a quarter mile from the main building, was constructed in 2001. Both facilities are handicap accessible. Michigan College of Beauty is accredited by The National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Art & Sciences (N.A.C.C.A.S.). Financial aid is available to those who qualify. Classes are available on a full time or part-time basis, with day or evening schedules.
