Landlord's Supply LLC evolved out of the needs of a property management firm in Grand Rapids. As local suppliers had either an inadequate selection or the price point was too high, Landlord's Supply LLC was created to fill niche that was missing in the Grand Rapids market. As it was (and still is) one of the best kept secrets among real estate professionals as there is virtually no advertising and it's spread is all word of mouth.
