The Wedding Shoppe is located in east Berkley on Woodward Avenue and borders the city of Royal Oak. This business features a variety of specialty gown and was voted #1 for Bridal Gowns in Metro Detroit for three years running on the WDIV Channel 4 "Vote 4 the Best." Dresses vary from classic to modern dresses including wedding, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, and mother of the groom or bride. Custom designed dresses and veils are offered by this business, as well as alterations on clothing bought outside the store. This Wedding Shoppe also carries a variety of accessories including headpieces, tiaras, veils, pillows, jewelry, gloves, shawls, cake cutting utensils, cake toppers, bows, Spanx, "wedding day survival kits" and candles. Other items include a seating chart scroll, invitations, and card holders rentals. Alterations and shoe dying can also be completed on site and gown preservation is also available and includes minor repairs and cleaning. Discounts on larger purchases are available on a variety of items including shoes and purses.
