Kellogg Community College was founded in 1956 by the Battle Creek Board of Education. Its main campus is located in Battle Creek, with centers in Albion, Coldwater, and Hastings, Mich. The college offers more than 100 pre-professional college and university transfer courses; over 40 occupational associate degree programs in health, business, secretarial, technical and public science fields; and approximately 30 certificate programs and related training for apprenticeships. The college is accredited by the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. It provides various facilities on-campus, including a library, bookstore; testing and assessment center; dental clinic and technical center. Kellogg Community College also offers athletic programs for men and women, including intercollegiate sports and teams.
