History
Jesilee works with all ages and all clinical concerns. These include depression, anxiety, ADHD, panic disorders, eating disorders, developmental delays, sexual abuse, and issues of grief and loss. Her primary expertise is with children utilizing Play Therapy. As a play therapist, Jesilee is trained to employ a variety of activities to help kids process and understand life experiences. These techniques also help aleviate behavoral and emotional concerns, including aggression, concentration, defiance, opposition, grief, anxiety, depression, and social and developmental delays. Jesilee earned her BA in Psychology from Kalamazoo College in 2002 and a Master's degree in clinical social work from MSU in 2004. She has a specialization in children and families. She is fully licensed as a clinical social worker by the Board of Social Work. Jesilee works with all ages in sessions with individuals, couples, and families and is a member of the Michigan Association for Play Therapy.

And I will do this with compassion, patience, and confidentiality. As we work together, you may find yourself feeling more confident and optimistic. Your relationships may deepen.
