A hookah is a water pipe that uses a slow-burning, lit coal to super-heat molasses-soaked tobacco, known colloquially as sheesha; the sheesha, which produces a thick smoke, can be found in an extensive range of flavors (Puff uses Starbuzz tobacco, which comes in more than eighty flavors).
