The Holmes Foundation administers gender-based academies that offer educational programs designed to develop young men and women. The Holmes Foundation is governed by Flint Community Schools, which operates through career and technical education, maintenance and operations, curriculum and instruction, research and evaluation, early childhood programs and health services departments.
