Gethsemane Lutheran Church is led by Reverend Thomas F. Fischer and is located on Auburn Road just west of Dequindre Road. The church offers Sunday morning and Monday evening worship services, Sunday school, "Terrific Tuesdays" for youths and weekly Bible study groups for adults. Gethsemane also hosts Praise Band rehearsals every Tuesday, card games on Fridays, youth music camps, free guitar lessons for kids, and youth and adult hand-bell choirs.
