First Generation CrossFit (FGCF) is Strength and Conditioning gym that focuses on NOT specializing. It’s a “deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains”: Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at ALL physical tasks. FGCF athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges at short, middle and long distances. FGCF programming achieves this through functional movement and high intensity anaerobic training. You’ll also find trainers and fellow clients who will help teach you and guide you to reach your fitness goals. FGCF is here to help any one of any age to achieve their fitness goals; FGCF will accomplish this through an experienced coaching staff in a variety of different fitness methods while specializing in CrossFit training.
