History
We are a food cart and founding member of Marks Carts. The cart is a realization of our dream to serve spanish food inspired by our honeymoon in the countryside of Spain. Chef and Owner Jay Scott is a culinary school graduate from Schoolcraft college and has worked extensivley in fine dining including stints at the Ritz Carleton, Vineology and the Earl in Ann Arbor.

Spanish inspired street food. Paella, Duck fries, Chorizo corndogs, sandwiches, empanadas, lamb burgers.
