Welcome to Grand Blanc Parks and Recreation Our mission at Grand Blanc Parks & Recreation is to administer a coordinated system of programs, parks, and facilities in response to the active and passive interests of our community. The Grand Blanc Parks and Recreation Department offers year-round programming that includes after school activities for K-12 grades as well as adults and senior citizens. Grand Blanc Parks and Recreation has teamed up with locally owned business, Cyclone Car Wash, located at 6059 S. Dort Hwy. in Grand Blanc to raise funds for Special Needs programs. Every Monday for an entire year, beginning October 20th, 10% of all car washes bought on this day, will be donated to GBPR Special Needs programs.
