City Hall is governed by the City of Howell in Michigan. It features information technology, human resources, finance, police, water treatment, community development, and parks and cemetery departments. The hall has a public works department that operates and maintains water and sewer systems, as well as offers street maintenance, snow removal, and leaf and brush pickup services. Its waster water department manages the Howell Wastewater Treatment Plant, which treats up to 2 million gallons of raw sewage daily.
