I have been cooking since I was 12, always admired my mother in the kitchen. I knew what I wanted to be and have worked very hard towards it ever since. I have a degree in culinary arts and science and another degree in nutrition. When my grandfather took I'll I stated my journey of healthy cooking and even started working out 6 days a week. I noticed that the better he ate the better he felt. Then my mom took I'll and I knew exactly what she needed. My family has definitely inspired me to cook healthy. Know I would like to give it back and help people eat better. My mom lost over 100 pounds just by allowing me to meal prep for her every week.
