Cedar Ridge Equestrian Center in Ann Arbor, MI offers summer fun programs designed by the former District Commissioner of the United States Pony Club, Carolyne Wheeler. With a focus on safety, horsemanship, and fun, participants between the ages of 5-14 can enjoy a pleasurable experience with individualized attention, learning all aspects of riding and horse care.
From horse painting to four-corners to worksheets, campers at Cedar Ridge Equestrian Center spend their time with the horses, riding twice a day and being split into groups based on experience. Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions, shoes or boots with heels, and a helmet are recommended, while campers should pack a lunch and a change of clothes for classroom time. Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the start of the Summer Fun Lessons, and payments are due on the first day of attendance.
