SERVING SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY Ride-On Transportation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving transportation services in San Luis Obispo County. Started in 1993, Ride-On is the Consolidated Transportation Service Agency (CTSA) and a Transportation Management Association (TMA) for our county. Ride-On CTSA provides door-to-door shuttle services for seniors, people with disabilities and social service agencies.
