Cairo's Kitchen started out as a small food stand at the Kalamazoo and Portage Farmer's Markets. It's there that we honed our homemade, handcrafted Egyptian recipes, and it wasn't long before people from all over West Michigan were lining up for a taste of Egypt. We treat our customers like family and whether it's our famous Egyptian falafel, shawarmas, Alexandria's fish tacos, or other special dishes; we will make sure that when you come to Cairo's Kitchen, you will get one of the most satisfying dining experiences around! Our mission is to combine modern creativity with traditional Egyptian styles of cooking, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and freshness. We are honored to serve our customers and we strive to provide impeccable service through our warmth, graciousness, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism and integrity.
