Black River Preserve is a 121-acre public nature preserve located in Geneva Township, Van Buren County, Michigan. It offers visitors a diverse range of southwest Michigan habitats, including deep ravines, beech-maple forests, streams, rolling uplands, and views of the big Black River. The preserve features 3.8 miles of dirt hiking trails, bridges, and boardwalks constructed by the dedicated volunteer group, the Black River Stewards.
