We are committed to sharing the wisdom of yoga in a safe and intimate atmosphere for our community to get to know each other and explore ones own yoga journey and self transformation. A consistent yoga practice will leave students feeling rejuvenated and inspired; opening the doors to positive change; ultimately creating a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a strong feeling of self acceptance. We explore pilates, vinyasa, yin yoga, and much more. Everyone is welcome.
