Thirteen 24-hour state-licensed homes provide specialized residential care, supported independent living and transitional services to 65 adults with developmental disabilities ranging from mild to severe. Also, Angels' Place Abundant Life Services offers educational workshops, community supports for those living on their own, respite programs for caregivers and many other types of outreach. Christian and nondenominational, Angels' Place welcomes all faiths. Angels' Place was founded in 1992 and its first home, Saddlewood, opened in 1994. Transitional Services got underway in 1998 with the opening of Holy Family Home to prepare higher-functioning residents to live more fully on their own. Outreach programs through Abundant Life Services launched in 2003.
